The main difference of wet rooms to the other style of bathrooms is the level flooring. Wet rooms have no step or shower trays for the shower areas. The floor of wet rooms need to have a gradient floor system with slopes and channels to help water drains away and doesn’t flow out all over the bathroom floor. Secondly, wet rooms’ floor and all the walls are tiled. You can either use non-porous tiles like porcelain or ceramic or instead of tile; you can use vinyl that is properly welded to the floor and walls.
